For over 50 years, Park Deans has been helping British families make the most of their time together. We started with one park in North Wales — today we're the UK's largest independent holiday park operator.

Are dogs allowed at Park Deans parks?

Yes! We're a dog-friendly holiday park operator. Over 50 of our parks welcome well-behaved dogs in selected accommodation. Just look for the dog-friendly filter when you search, and you'll see exactly which units accept pets.

What's the shortest break I can book?

Two nights, on selected breaks outside of peak season. Our most popular short breaks are 3 and 4 nights, which give you plenty of time to relax without using up all your annual leave.

Do parks have swimming pools?

Around half of our parks have indoor heated swimming pools, many with toddler pools, flumes, and splash zones. Check individual park pages for full facility details.

Can I bring my own caravan or tent?

Absolutely. Many of our parks offer touring pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, as well as seasonal pitch options. You'll find full details and availability on each park's page.

How do I cancel or change my booking?

You can manage your booking online through your account, or call our friendly team. Our booking terms are clear and fair, and we'll always try to help if your plans change.

Are the parks open all year?

Most of our parks are open from March to January, with a handful open all year round including over Christmas and New Year. Check individual park pages for specific opening dates.
